Return and Exchange Policy

Our website offers a 30-day refund guarantee for all products, whether they have been opened or remain unopened. No specific reason is required to request a refund. However, to process the refund, we kindly ask that you return both opened and unopened products to us. The 30-day refund period begins from the date the tracking number indicates delivery, not from the date the order was placed on our website. 

Please be aware that opened products being returned must contain at least 85% of the original contents to be eligible for a refund. We do not restock opened products, and they will be disposed of. While return shipping fees are not covered under our policy, if the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the full cost of return postage. 

To request a refund, please follow these steps: 

  1. Contact customer support by phone or email. Our contact details can be found on the contact page.
  2. Customer support will provide you with a return postage label via email, so you don’t have to pay for return shipping. 
  3. Visit the post office with either a printed copy of the label or a digital copy (picture/attachment) on your phone.
  4. Ensure the product is securely packaged before shipping. If necessary, use a new box.
  5. Once we receive the returned package, we will process the refund either by a) reversing the charge on your credit card or e-check, or b) mailing a check to your shipping address.

Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for a credit/debit card or e-check reversal to appear on your statement.

Exchange Policy

For unopened products, we offer an exchange policy valid for up to 90 days after purchase. Please note that exchange shipping return postage is not covered under our policy.

To exchange or return an unopened product, please follow these steps:

 7. Customer support will provide you with a return postage label via email, so you don’t have to pay for return shipping. 

 8. Visit the post office with either a printed copy of the label or a digital copy (picture/attachment) on your phone. 

 9. Inform customer support when you have mailed the package, and they will track the return label. 

 10. Once the return is received, customer service will either print a new shipping label for the exchange or process the refund.
